 Protective Custody

While most police officers properly carry out their duties in dealing with incapacitated people, some have been lulled into a false belief that, since PC’s are not charged with crimes, their custody will never be litigated in court. Hence, they have formed the bad habit of failing to document the circumstances that lead to each “PC”.
